Mia Münster is a Danish designer, researcher, and educator with master’s degrees in Design and Architecture and a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School. She has over 20 years of professional experience in retail and hospitality design, as well as teaching and research experience from Copenhagen Business School, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Malmö University. Her research focuses on design processes and user experiences of commercial spaces, as well as their social and environmental impact. She has a particular interest in third places, their design, neighbourhood integration, and the value they create for users and communities.
